- We will start working on your custom item as quickly as possible! Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your personalized order to ship. This time is used to communicate with you to make sure your item is perfect :)
- Shipping time frames may become a bit longer as gift-giving holidays approach. Let us know if something is needed by a certain day and we will do our very best to work with you to get it to you in time.
- If you need an item quickly, we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping during checkout (delivers in 2 to 3 business days once your item is shipped).
- If you would like to add engraving to the back of an item, please also purchase the "Add Personalization" listing found in our store.
- All orders are shipped from California, USA
- International Buyers: Your country may impose a range of taxes or import fees and can vary greatly from country to country. All international buyers will be responsible for these fees.

- Your item will be engraved exactly as your message states. Please proofread your request: check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
- Some font choices are in all caps or in all lowercase letters; before making a font choice, please double check the font style.

- Because our personalized items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges on this item.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us right away so that we can provide you with a replacement; we are unable to issue refunds.
